Building the Perfect Cap
A traditional American baseball cap, or trucker cap, has two main parts: the bill, and the crown. The crown is made up of panels, usually 6, that have eyelets for ventilation. These meet at the button at the top of the hat, and using stitching, are stitched together with the bill to make the finished shape.
Low Profile
A low profile, secure fit that is a classic American cap, this profile is a ready-to-wear, grab-and-go cap that will keep up with you at work or play. It has a classic baseball cap look, with a curved bill, that looks great on men and women alike. For an authentic sporty look, wrap the bill around a baseball for that perfect classic bend!

Standard Profile
Instantly recognizable, and most requested, this profile provides a snug fit, with some space between the crown and the top of the head. With a more prominent silhouette, a bill that is curved slightly, and flat front panels, this cap was made for a badge! This is what typically comes to mind when someone thinks of a “trucker” cap.

Standard Profile with Front Panel
This profile is very similar to the previous “Regular Profile”, but the front seam is shortened. This adds a ton of flexibility to your choice of badge location. We can mount it without worrying about the center seam interfering with your hardware.

Flatbill Profile
This profile is not too deep, and not too shallow, to provide that perfect comfort fit — whether you wear it with a flat bill, or slightly curved to your liking. With a more modern silhouette, and traditional stitching, this cap is cool and classic all in one package.

7-Panel Profile
Modern, sleek, and packing tons of style, this panel has all the fit you’re looking for. The extra panel across the front of the crown provides not only it’s urban look, but a great place to mount your new badge! With a more prominent crown than the traditional flatbill, it provides some space between the crown and the top of your head, without being overly tall.

Solid Back and Flex-Fit Cap Options
This category covers all of our solid, or canvas backed styles. Many of the profiles listed above are available with canvas back options. Without the mesh, this opens the door to creative options for things like flex-fit, ponytail holders, “velcro” (or hook-and-loop) and traditional snap-back fasteners.
