We offer free artwork, digital proofs, no setup fees, and free shipping. In order to
maintain this added value, we have to stick to our minimum order quantities:

For custom cap orders, we require a minimum of 24 items for each badge design.

These 24 items can be mixed between cap styles and colors. Example: 12 black caps + 6 white
caps + 6 flatbill caps.

Turnaround time for custom order may vary. Initial orders may be completed in 20
business days. Factors like initial art conversion and possible revisions take time.

We offer free domestic shipping on all custom orders over $400. Shipping on retail
orders is calculated individually based on the destination zip code. Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico, and international shipments subject to different shipping rates, call for
details.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer return or exchanges on
custom orders.

You are welcome to pick up your custom order at our retail showroom in beautiful
downtown Paris, Texas.

We have no setup costs or design fees when you place custom orders with us.

When submitting artwork files to us, we prefer high resolution JPG, JPEG, PNG, EPS,
SVG or PDF files. Unfortunately, we cannot work with photos, gradients or low-resolution
file types. Single color, full-size artwork files are best for our conversion process.

After you select your cap styles and colors and your invoice is paid, we provide free digital proof PDFs via email before any laser cutting begins. After approval, your new BadgeCap design goes immediately into production.

You are allowed 2 revisions free of charge and $30 revisions thereafter if you request
major changes or logo changes.

Badges can only be installed on structured caps on the front panel, either in the center
or left panel. We do not offer badges on unstructured caps or on the mesh/rear panel of
caps. Only one badge per cap.

No, we sell a turn-key product and can only create products using our own inventory.

We do not install badges on customer supplied apparel.

We do not sell badges separately from the cap.

The BadgeCaps label is our stamp of approval that goes on every cap. We are very
proud to offer a high quality American made product, and we are proud to put our brand
on every product that ships out.

We do not offer physical samples for custom products and we cannot ship blank caps. In
order to see our cutting quality and cap fitment, we encourage our customers to
purchase one of our retail designs before committing to a large custom order.

We have a strong appreciation for others’ intellectual property, and we will only
reproduce logos that you own or have authorized written permission to use. The
following are restricted:
• Logos that are not owned by the person requesting the logo to be reproduced.
• Corporate or “big brand” logos without written consent. Collegiate or university
logos or similar marks.
• Any copyright or registered trademark brand or logo.
